ETUC response to the consultation on reports on application of health and safety directives (second phase).

ETUC's support for a rationalisation of reports is based on a desire to bring about enhanced follow-up of the effective application of Community provisions on health and safety. ETUC believes there are no serious grounds for drawing up a programme of legislative simplification in the domain of health and safety at work.
