On 11 October 2007, an administrative cooperation agreement was signed at the Belgian Embassy in Poland between the Polish Labour Inspectorate and three Belgian departments for the supervision of labour legislation, supervision of well-being at work and labour inspection. The objective is to ensure the social protection of posted workers. The inspectorates in charge of safety and health will also be involved. They will be responsible, in particular, for supervising safety at work where foreign workers are employed.
