The Act of 13 July 2006 specifies that enterprises that have high frequency and severity levels will be penalised financially. Companies that post significantly more occupational injuries will soon have to pay a fixed risk prevention contribution. The Minister of Employment plans not only to reduce the number of occupational injuries, but he also hopes to restore loyal competition between companies.
