A study published by the "Institut de Veille Sanitaire" (InVS) shows that precarious jobs, unemployment and homelessness are strongly correlated with ill-health. The study is based upon a comparison between more than 700.000 people in precarious conditions (people with contingent jobs, unemployed or homeless) and about 516.000 people with no precarious condition. All the indicators show a devastating impact of precarious employment and living conditions on the health.
